Treecat Updates: Poshmark D-List Relist, New Authenticator, and Billing Transparency

Treecat continues to roll out improvements that make cross-listing, inventory management, and selling across marketplaces easier for resellers. In a recent update, Michelle shared several new features designed to save time, reduce friction, and help sellers better manage their workflows.

1. Poshmark Added to D-List Relist

One of the biggest updates is support for Poshmark in the D-list relist feature. Sellers can now select inventory items and run a relist process specifically on Poshmark.

This can be done in a few ways:

• Search inventory using keywords like swim or white
• Select the matching items
• Go to Main Actions
• Choose D-list Relist
• Select Poshmark
• Run it immediately or schedule it for later

Treecat also supports custom labels, so users who want more structured organization can create labels in Settings > Profile > Labels and then apply them to inventory. For many sellers, though, simple keyword filtering may be enough.

2. Treecat Authenticator Helps With Login Issues

Treecat also introduced a new authenticator tool to help with login and authentication changes on marketplaces like Mercari and Poshmark.

Because some platforms are updating how authentication works for security reasons, Treecat added a browser extension that helps users log in once and stay connected. The setup currently requires:

• Using a Chrome browser
• Installing the Treecat Authenticator extension
• Logging into the target marketplace in a separate window
• Connecting the extension to the platform

Once set up, users won’t need to repeatedly enter usernames, passwords, or OTPs in Treecat for those connections. A simplified version is planned for a future release.

3. More Transparent Billing for Billable Actions

Treecat also clarified how billing works through its sales tracking system. The platform is designed to bill only for qualifying actions, such as:

• Cross-listed sales that Treecat detects and pulls down automatically
• Scheduled or immediate D-list relist actions that result in a sale
• Future Poshmark sharing activity, once that feature launches

The goal is to keep billing transparent and avoid double charging when a sale qualifies under more than one workflow. Sellers can review this information in the Sales section using the green button that explains billable activity.

4. A Focus on Easier Cross-Listing and Bulk Matching

A major theme in the update was Treecat’s ongoing work to improve the user experience for resellers. The team is actively looking at ways to make:

• Cross-listing faster
• Fields more pre-populated
• Bulk matching easier
• Inventory workflows less manual and overwhelming

This matters especially for sellers managing large catalogs across multiple marketplaces like eBay, Poshmark, and Mercari. Treecat’s goal is to reduce time spent on repetitive tasks and help sellers avoid overselling or missing sales.
