How to Export Sales and Inventory CSV Files in Treecat
If you need to work with your Treecat data outside the platform, you can easily export both sales and inventory into CSV files. These exports can be opened in spreadsheet tools like Excel or Google Sheets, making it simple to analyze, sort, and share your data.
Exporting Sales Data
To download your sales data, go to your Sales page in Treecat and click the Export CSV button.
This will generate a CSV file containing your sales data, which you can then import into any spreadsheet tool you prefer.
Exporting Inventory Data
You can also export your inventory the same way. Just go to your Inventory page and click Export CSV.
Treecat will start the download right away, giving you a spreadsheet-friendly file with your inventory data.
Filter Before You Export
One important detail: Treecat only exports the data that appears in your current filter view.
That means:
- If you want data for one month, apply a one-month filter first
- If you want one week, filter to that week
- If you want specific inventory items, filter to those items before exporting
- If you don’t apply any filters, Treecat will export all available data
Why CSV Export Is Useful
CSV exports make it easier to:
- Review sales trends
- Track inventory performance
- Share data with your team
- Build reports in spreadsheets
Simple and Flexible Data Export
Treecat makes it easy to move your sales and inventory data into a spreadsheet whenever you need it. Just filter the view you want, click Export CSV, and download your file.
