Treecat’s New Scheduled Delist Relist Stats Dashboard: A Clearer Way to Manage Inventory Refreshes

Treecat has rolled out a new update designed to make scheduled delist relist activity much easier to understand and control. If you’ve ever wondered whether an item was already relisted, when the next relist was coming, or how to stop a campaign, this new dashboard was built for you.

Below is a simple breakdown of what’s new and how sellers can use it to manage inventory more confidently across marketplaces like eBay, Mercari, and Poshmark.

1. Why Treecat Built This Feature

Many Treecat users liked the scheduled delist relist tool, but they wanted more visibility into what was happening behind the scenes.

The main concerns were:

  • Not knowing what had already been delisted and relisted
  • Not knowing what was scheduled for later
  • Not knowing how to stop or change a schedule

Treecat’s solution is a scheduled delist relist stats dashboard that shows the status of each item more clearly, including:

  • Completed actions
  • Pending actions
  • Future scheduled relists
  • Today’s relists

This makes the process more transparent and easier to manage.

2. How to Check Delist Relist Status in Treecat

The new dashboard can be found inside Settings at the bottom of the left-hand menu under Scheduled Delist Relist Stats.

From there, sellers can:

  • View activity by platform
  • Check whether an item has already been processed
  • See what is scheduled for today
  • Review future scheduled relists up to one year in advance

This is especially helpful for sellers who want to monitor campaigns across multiple marketplaces without guessing what Treecat is doing in the background.

3. Scheduling Delist Relist for Individual Items

Treecat also demonstrated how to schedule a delist relist for a single item.

The general workflow is:

  1. Go to Inventory
  2. Search for the item
  3. Select the item
  4. Open Main Actions
  5. Choose Delist Relist
  6. Select the platform
  7. Set either an immediate action or a scheduled frequency
  8. Confirm and accept

Example platform scheduling

In the demo, schedules were created with different timing rules for different platforms:

  • Mercari: 40 days
  • eBay: 28 days
  • Poshmark: 61 days

Treecat also noted that some platforms have minimum frequency requirements, so the app will prevent invalid settings and display an error if the frequency is too low.

4. Managing, Editing, or Removing Scheduled Campaigns

One of the most useful parts of the update is that sellers can now see and control scheduled relists more easily.

If you want to stop future scheduled delist relists, you can:

  • Go to your inventory
  • Select items in bulk
  • Open Main Actions
  • Choose Delist Relist
  • Go to Schedule
  • Set the frequency to 0
  • Select the platforms you want to clear
  • Confirm and accept

After that, the dashboard will return to showing only today’s activity, which indicates the future schedule has been removed.

This gives sellers a faster way to adjust strategy when business needs change.

5. Bulk Scheduling for Seasonal or Large Inventory Refreshes

Treecat also pointed out that this feature works well in bulk.

For example, if you want to refresh:

  • Spring inventory
  • Summer inventory
  • Pink items
  • Strapless bras
  • Any large product group

You can select items in bulk and apply the same delist relist schedule across multiple platforms at once.

That makes it easier to run ongoing inventory refresh campaigns without manually managing each listing one by one.

6. Why This Matters for Crosslisting Sellers

Treecat says this update is especially valuable because it helps sellers:

  • Stay compliant with marketplace rules, including Poshmark
  • Understand what is happening in real time
  • Stop or change scheduling when needed
  • Keep listings fresh across platforms
  • Save time by automating routine refresh work

And because Treecat’s delist relist feature is free and unlimited for crosslisting users, it can be a strong tool for sellers who want to maintain visibility and improve sales performance.

If you need help, Treecat provides support through:

  • The in-app help button
  • Email
  • Reddit
  • Social media
  • Support tickets inside the app

Treecat’s new Scheduled Delist Relist Stats dashboard makes inventory refreshing more transparent, easier to manage, and more flexible for multi-platform sellers.
