Treecat Product Updates: Poshmark Sharing, Fast Match, and New Pricing

Treecat has been busy behind the scenes rolling out updates designed to make reselling easier, faster, and more scalable. In a recent announcement, the team shared three major improvements that can help sellers save time, automate more of their workflow, and grow with less friction.

1. Set-It-and-Forget-It Poshmark Sharing

One of the biggest new features is automated Poshmark sharing. Once configured, Treecat can handle sharing your closet on a schedule without requiring daily manual setup.

How it works

From your Treecat settings, you can access the Poshmark sharing menu and choose from quick schedules like:

  • All-day follower share: Runs from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time
  • Nightly party share: Runs from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Pacific Time
  • Custom sharing events: Set your own time, category, and sharing preferences

Treecat also uses a priority-based system, which means more important actions, like sales detection and delisting items from other platforms after a sale, can temporarily override sharing tasks. That helps keep your inventory accurate across marketplaces.

Why it matters

Automated sharing can increase impressions, likes, and sales on Poshmark while reducing the amount of repetitive work sellers have to do each day.

2. Faster Onboarding with Fast Match

Treecat also introduced Fast Match, a feature built to simplify onboarding for sellers who have already been cross-listing on other platforms.

What Fast Match does

When you import your inventory into Treecat, Fast Match scans your listings and identifies likely matches across platforms. Instead of manually linking every item one by one, you can review suggested matches and accept them quickly.

Benefits of Fast Match

  • Speeds up setup for new users
  • Helps connect listings across platforms
  • Supports Treecat’s sales detection and auto-delisting features
  • Includes confidence indicators so sellers can double-check uncertain matches

This is especially useful for sellers who already have inventory spread across eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, or other marketplaces.

3. New Tiered Pricing for Growing Sellers

Treecat also announced new pricing designed to support scalability. The company’s approach is based on a simple idea: Treecat only gets paid when you get paid.

Pricing structure

The new pay-as-you-go model is tiered by monthly sales volume:

  • 1 to 30 sales: $0.50 per takedown
  • 31 to 100 sales: $0.35 per takedown
  • 101 to 140 sales: $0.25 per takedown
  • 141+ sales: $0.01 per takedown

This structure is intended to keep costs lower for high-volume sellers while still being affordable for smaller accounts.

Why sellers may like it

Traditional software pricing often relies on flat monthly fees, which can feel restrictive as you scale. Treecat’s pricing is meant to reduce that burden and make growth less intimidating for sellers who want to expand their business.

4. More Control, Less Manual Work

A key theme across all of these updates is control. Treecat aims to give sellers more visibility and automation without forcing them to constantly manage every marketplace manually.

With these tools, sellers can:

  • Automate Poshmark closet sharing
  • Match cross-listed inventory faster
  • Reduce double-selling risk
  • Save time on delisting and relisting
  • Scale more confidently across multiple marketplaces

For resellers trying to balance efficiency and growth, these features are designed to remove some of the biggest pain points in day-to-day operations.

5. Support and What’s Coming Next

Treecat says more updates are planned in the coming months, all focused on helping resellers scale more easily. If users run into problems, support is available through the in-app help button, Reddit forum, or Treecat support email.

As the e-commerce landscape continues to change, Treecat is positioning itself as a reselling platform built for automation, flexibility, and long-term growth.

If you’re already cross-listing or looking to streamline your reselling workflow, these new Treecat features are worth checking out.
