If you sell on multiple marketplaces, keeping listings active and visible can take a lot of manual work. Treecat’s delist and relist feature is designed to simplify that process by letting you refresh inventory with a single action — either once or on a recurring schedule.

What Delist and Relist Does

The core idea is simple: select inventory items, delist them, and then relist them immediately or on a schedule.

You can:

• Delist and relist on a single store
• Delist and relist across all cross-listed stores
• Run it as a one-time action
• Set it up as a recurring schedule

This makes it easier to refresh listings without having to manually remove and recreate each item.

How to Choose Which Items to Refresh

Treecat gives you several ways to filter inventory before starting the process. You can narrow items down by:

• Listing date
• Schedule frequency
• Platform
• Keywords

You can also filter by where an item is listed, such as eBay, Poshmark, or Mercari. For more advanced organization, labels can be assigned to groups of items, like seasonal inventory or other custom categories.

How the Scheduling Works

Once you’ve selected the items you want to refresh, you go to Main Actions and choose Delist Relist Items.

From there, you can:

1. Pick one-time or scheduled
2. Choose the number of days between relists
3. Select the platforms where it should happen
4. Confirm the action

A common schedule is every 30 days, though sellers may choose different intervals depending on the marketplace. After the process is scheduled, Treecat sends a notification, and you can track the event in your listings activity.

Pricing and Platform Limits

Treecat notes that this feature may be free for current users who already cross-list and have items automatically delisted by Treecat. For others, it is charged at the same rate as cross-listing services.

It’s also important to understand that each marketplace has its own rules about how many listing, delisting, and relisting actions are allowed per month. For example, eBay has listing limits that sellers should be aware of before setting up frequent relist schedules.

Because of that, Treecat recommends doing your homework and checking the rules for each platform before using the feature heavily.
