How to Use Treecat’s Inventory Filter System

If you manage inventory across multiple marketplaces, keeping everything in sync can get messy fast. Treecat’s inventory filter system helps resellers quickly find items by sales channel, status, label, quantity, and more.

Where to Find the Inventory Filters

Inside your Inventory tab, look for the funnel icon to the right of the search bar. That button opens the filtering system.

From there, you can narrow down your inventory based on exactly what you need to see, making it much easier to manage listings across platforms like:

• eBay
• Poshmark
• Mercari

Filter by Marketplace Listings

One of the most useful options is filtering by where an item is listed.

For example, you can search for:

• Items listed on eBay but not listed on Poshmark or Mercari
• Items listed on Mercari but not listed on eBay or Poshmark
• Items listed on Poshmark but missing from other marketplaces

This is especially helpful for finding “orphan” or “widow” listings—items that are live on one platform but not another.

Use Labels to Organize Inventory

Treecat also lets you filter by labels. A common use case is marking sold items as Archived.

That way, you can:

• Hide sold items from your active inventory view
• Search specifically for archived items later
• Keep your inventory cleaner and easier to manage
