Using Treecat Sales Filters to Manage Orders, Financials, and Manifests

Treecat’s Sales menu includes a powerful filtering system that helps resellers quickly find the information they need. Whether you’re trying to figure out what needs to ship today, review sales by date range, or print manifests for packing slips, the sales filters can make your workflow much easier.

1. Filter Sales by Marketplace, Cross-Listing, and Payment Status

On the left side of the Sales page, Treecat gives you several filtering options to narrow down your orders. You can search sales by platform, such as:

  • eBay
  • Mercari
  • Poshmark

This makes it easy to answer questions like:

  • What did I sell on eBay today?
  • What sold only on Mercari?
  • What items were cross-listed?
  • Which items were never cross-listed before selling?

You can also filter by payment status, refunded items, shipping discounts, and other order details.

2. Track Shipment Status to See What Needs to Ship

One of the most useful filters in the Sales menu is Shipment Status. For example, you can select:

  • Not Started to see what still needs to be shipped
  • Shipped to review completed shipments
  • Delivered to check what has already arrived

A simple routine like selecting Not Started and clicking Apply can help you quickly build your daily shipping list.

3. Review Sales Data by Date Range

Treecat also lets you search your sales and financial data by period. You can choose a custom date range or use preset options like:

  • Current month
  • This quarter
  • Last week

This is helpful when you want to review performance over a specific time frame and understand how your store is doing financially.

4. Print Manifests and Packing Slips

Another standout feature of the Sales filter page is the ability to generate manifests. You can do this in two ways:

  • Download a manifest one order at a time
  • Select multiple orders and generate a zip file of manifests

These manifests can then be printed and used as packing slips. This is especially helpful for marketplaces that do not provide packing slips directly, such as Mercari.

Many resellers also use the manifest to:

  • Check SKU details
  • Find inventory location
  • Keep a receipt or record for each sale
  • Insert a packing slip into the customer’s package

5. Don’t Forget to Clear Your Filters

After filtering, it’s important to use the Clear Filters option from the funnel icon when you’re done. This resets the page back to its default view so you can start your next search cleanly.

6. A Helpful Tool for a Smoother Fulfillment Workflow

Treecat’s sales filters are designed to make order management easier and faster. From finding what needs to ship, to checking sales by platform, to printing manifests for fulfillment, the Sales menu gives resellers a practical way to stay organized.

If you’re looking for a better way to manage sales and shipping, Treecat’s filtering tools can be a valuable part of your daily workflow.
