Does Poshmark Sharing Still Work? How to Automate It with Treecat

Does Poshmark Sharing Still Work? How to Automate It with Treecat

Does Sharing Your Poshmark Closet Help Increase Sales?

After pausing Poshmark closet sharing for a few months, I noticed my sales had slowed. When I started sharing again, I saw a noticeable lift. That experience reminded me why sharing can still be part of a reseller’s routine—especially when you’re preparing for a busy selling season like Q4.

What I Learned From Pausing Poshmark Sharing

This wasn’t a controlled experiment, so I can’t say sharing alone caused my sales to increase. But in my own closet, sales picked up after I resumed sharing. Based on that experience, I’m planning to keep sharing as part of my Poshmark strategy.

If you’ve stopped sharing your closet, it may be worth trying again and keeping an eye on your results.

How to Set Up Poshmark Sharing in Treecat

Treecat can automate your Poshmark closet-sharing schedule, so you don’t have to share listings yourself throughout the day. To get started, open your Treecat dashboard and:

  1. Go to Inventory.
  2. Open Tools and select Closet Share.
  3. Click New Schedule.
  4. Choose whether to share with your followers or to a Poshmark party.
  5. Select your preferred days and times, then click Add Schedule.

You can create separate schedules for different types of sharing.

Example Sharing Schedules

Here are the schedules I set up:

  • Share to followers: Monday through Sunday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Share to Poshmark parties: Saturday and Sunday, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

These are just examples. Choose times that work for you, and check your time zone when setting up your schedule.

Manage Your Schedule and Track Activity

Once your schedules are active, you can pause them at any time. Use Edit to change the days or hours, or select Activity to see when sharing has taken place.

Setting up Poshmark sharing in Treecat takes just a few clicks. If you already use Treecat, head to Inventory > Tools > Closet Share to create a schedule. If you’ve paused sharing, consider giving it another try and tracking how your closet performs.
