What counts as a billable event
A billable event is a Treecat action on an item that makes its eventual sale billable. When the item sells, Treecat charges one fee, no matter how many of these happened:
- Crosslisting: the item was listed on at least one other marketplace (including listings you imported and matched together). A second account on the same marketplace does not count.
- Scheduled delist / relist run by Treecat.
- Poshmark closet sharing run by Treecat.
- AI listing: AI autofill or AI images.
- Photo editing: white background removal.
- Update: changes pushed to a live listing from Treecat.
If an item sells that never had any of these, there is no charge.
Per-sale rates

Each rate applies to the sales inside its band. For example, 50 billable sales in a month cost 30 × $0.60 + 20 × $0.42 = $26.40.

Charges follow sales Treecat detects. See your running total in Settings → Billing (Billing & usage), where you can preview and download invoices.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a monthly subscription?
No. There is no subscription and no free-trial clock. You only pay per billable sale.
Do I pay for every update or only when an item sells?
Only when an item sells. Updates, crosslisting and other actions cost nothing by themselves; they make that item’s sale billable, once.
Will I be charged twice if an item was crosslisted and also relisted?
No. A sale is charged once, whatever actions Treecat ran on the item.
Do guest accounts cost extra?
No. Guest accounts are free and unlimited.
