How do I export sales and check that delists happened?

Use Export on the Inventory or Sales page to download a CSV of what you have filtered. To see what Treecat did, open Settings → Events (every action with status, marketplace and message), the Execution page (jobs such as Delist Product, with success rate), or an item’s Events timeline.

Export to CSV

  1. Open Inventory or Sales and filter to what you need, for example last month’s sales.
  2. Click Export. Treecat downloads inventory-export-DATE.csv or sales-export-DATE.csv.
  3. Share the file with your assistant or accountant.

Check that delists happened after a sale

  • Settings → Events: a table of every action, with status, marketplace, event, message, product and listing ID.
  • Inventory → Execution: jobs today, success rate, failures, new sales found, and each Delist Product job.
  • Item Events timeline: open an item to see when it sold and when each marketplace listing was delisted.
  • Analytics: sales trends across all your marketplaces.

A quick daily check

  1. Check the agent shows online.
  2. Look for any Reconnect banner and reconnect that marketplace.
  3. Scan Execution for failures, and open any failed delist.
  4. For high-value items that sold, confirm the other listings show delisted.

Crosslisting for US sellers

Put every listing where the fees and the buyers are best.

  • One listing, crosslisted to eBay, Mercari, Poshmark, Whatnot, Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, Facebook and Walmart
  • Sold on one marketplace? It is delisted everywhere else, automatically
  • No subscription: you only pay when a crosslisted item sells
