Start from what you already have
When you connect a marketplace, Treecat imports your active listings and sales history, then keeps checking for new listings you create directly on the marketplace. Importing is free and there is no item limit.
Link the same item across marketplaces
- Open Inventory → Matching and click Calculate.
- Review the suggested groups under To review. Each group shows the listings Treecat thinks are the same item.
- Click Accept & link on each correct group, or Accept High (+90%) to accept all high-confidence suggestions at once.
- Click Dismiss on a wrong suggestion. It only removes the suggestion, never a listing.
Linked items are treated as crosslisted: auto-delist protects them, and their sale is billable.
Clean up duplicates
Inventory → Fix Duplicates finds repeated listings within a marketplace account. Mark the one to keep and approve, and Treecat delists and deletes the rest.
Keep quantities consistent
- Each sale lowers the item’s available quantity by the quantity sold. At zero, the other listings are delisted.
- If quantities have drifted, select items in Inventory or Sales and use Confirm Quantity. Treecat pushes that quantity to every live listing; agent-based marketplaces update over the next few minutes.
- Each item’s Events timeline shows what was updated and when.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Do I need SKUs to link listings?
No. Treecat matches listings by their content and you confirm the matches. Once linked, they share one inventory item and quantity.
Do I have to recreate my listings to use Treecat?
No. Import them and link them with Matching.
